Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund, exchange or credit if items purchased from the Australian Refugee Association (ARA) are faulty, significantly different from those described to you or are unfit for the purpose for which they are intended.

Please choose carefully as we do not automatically refund if you simply change your mind.

Returns for refund or exchange will only be accepted 7 days after you have received the goods. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

Events, Workshops & Seminars
Cancellations received one week prior to the date of the seminar will be refunded. ARA reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% for cancellations made one week prior to the event, workshop or seminar. No refunds will be given thereafter. No refunds will be given for non-attendance.

Donations
If you change your mind about contributing to ARA for any reason, we are happy to refund your donation. Please notify us within 7 days from the date of payment.
