ARA’s team of knowledgeable and experienced migration agents assist with:

ARA Migration has formed partnerships with Flinders University Law School to supervise students as part of their clinical legal education.

The migration regulations are complex and always changing. People who provide migration advice must legally be Registered Migration Agents. Not all lawyers are registered migration agents. Our agents are also members of the Migration Institute of Australia.

Limited funding means that some of our services are fee-based. However, the fees are reasonable and they depend on whether the refugee is employed or not and can be paid on a flexible payment schedule.

ARA has been contracted under the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) Immigration Advice and Assistance Scheme (IAAAS) since the inception of the scheme in 1996. This scheme can assist us to represent a small number of people each year for certain services only.
