In a number of ways, the volunteers also benefit by working at ARA.

They have the opportunity to meet interesting people from diverse cultural backgrounds, can develop new skills and improve existing skills, can develop their understanding of the circumstances affecting refugees both locally and globally, and can be inspired by the undying optimism, human endurance and triumph through adversity that characterise the life stories of many of our clientelle.

If you have special skills you would like to share at ARA, or if you would like to volunteer your time in any way at all, please download the volunteer application form and return it to ARA or email it to volunteer@ausref.net
